Terms and privacy

Lucky draw terms

  • Free to enter. No purchase is needed.
  • One entry per mobile number for the whole festival. Each entry can win at most one hamper.
  • An entry that doesn't win stays in the later draws. Earlier winners are not included in later draws.
  • Winners come from the entries registered before each draw's cutoff. Some hampers in a draw may go first to customers on RJ Mall's priority list, if they are in that draw. All other winners are selected at random. All times are Pakistan Standard Time.
  • Winners are announced on RJ Mall's social media after each draw, and are listed on the results page.

Extra chances for following

  • Your entry starts with 1 chance in every draw. Tapping Follow on your pass for Instagram or Facebook adds 1 chance per platform, up to 3 chances.
  • More chances make a win more likely, but they don't guarantee one. They don't create a second entry or allow a second hamper.
  • Following is voluntary. You can enter and win without following anyone.
  • We count your tap on the pass button. We don't check whether you follow us or stay following. Only taps made before a draw's cutoff count for that draw.
  • This draw is run by RJ Mall. Instagram and Facebook do not sponsor, endorse or administer it, and have no connection to it.

Collecting a hamper

  • Bring the QR pass on your phone, or a printed copy, to the collection point by the deadline shown for your draw.
  • Staff scan the pass and confirm collection. An entry number on its own can't be used to collect.
  • A lost pass can be replaced at the festival help desk. Staff check the mobile number in front of you, and the old pass stops working.

Replacement winners

  • A prize that isn't collected by its deadline can be forfeited and passed to a replacement winner.
  • Replacement winners come next in that draw's saved order, and they get their own deadline to collect.

Privacy

  • We collect your name, mobile number and area to run the lucky draw, and we record when you registered and which QR code you used. Your email address is optional.
  • We don't send marketing to your email or mobile unless you tick the offers box. Your email is never shown on the website, on your pass or in the results.
  • Your mobile number isn't verified by OTP, so registering doesn't prove who owns it.
  • The results page and our social media announcements show entry numbers and masked mobile numbers only.
  • If you tick the marketing box, RJ Mall may send you offers. It's optional and doesn't affect your entry.
